This is a wall drawing created by Sol LeWitt. It's titled Wall Drawing 565 and was created in June 1988. The medium he used to create this drawing is india ink on a wall. I chose this drawing because the drawing’s black and white color scheme makes the piece very simple. However, the geometric shapes makes it seem complex. While I observed the piece for a few minutes, I thought it was very cool that the shapes in the drawing started to move and distort.
