I am a big fan of much of Hopper's work. I love how he takes many everyday scenes ad essentially transforms them into iconic pieces that one can marvel at for hours. He takes something so simple and turns it into a story. What also amazes me as well is that he does so without being hyper-realistic. I enjoy this picture specifically because it creates a sense of calm for me nd I personally can create a story for this picture in my head the longer I look at it.
