Sol Lewitt created this piece with horizontal brush strokes and used vibrant colors like green, mustard, pink, and white. He stayed true to his minimal nature in style in this painting and added character using only colors. This painting reminds me of waves in the ocean, although it’s not using any ocean colors. I find his color choices very interesting. In the future, I would like to create artworks using vibrant colors like light green and mustard.
