When I first looked at this image, it gave me the impression of the cover of a horror movie, but then after looking at every detail, I changed my perception of the image. I was not sure whether if the person in the image was female or male. Then I come out with the conclusion that this is maybe a girl who has to suffer from some source of physical abuse. The sadness can be reflected from her eyes (the way she is looking). Also, she has some bruises in their face including her mouth. She must be brutally attacked by someone.
