I think any person who sees your drawing from a distance would totally go up to it and take a good look because of how colorful that building is!
I absolutely love this drawing!! You can see all the details you put into it and I love the use of color, especially the use of the rainbow on the drawing of the sailor and the girl. You also did an amazing job at shading with the oil pastels (I could never)!!

the wall painting is great! i love the bright colors and how it pops out. the composition is great and balances out the picture. it came out great!
